  My father in law passed away on a Thursday and we had the funeral 48 hours later. We had nothing but amazing experiences. Ryan our funeral director was so respectful and caring. My father in law was in great hands. We especially appreciate the amazing floral arrangement that they helped us picked. Thank you Gearhart for making our experience a caring one.

  Prior to a loved one's July funeral, we were assured paperwork would be automatically submitted. Upon checking weekly, we found each time that it had not. From July through half of December, we were continually told that the paperwork had indeed been submitted, but the receiving end was the problem: slow, inefficient, etc. All along we never received one call for the numerous messages we left. The receptionist continually said “this is not acceptable” yet nothing was done to correct it, until another employee checked and found that the computer contained nothing! Forms had to be redone that they previously had (very troubling as to what happened to the originals). Funeral arrangements were wonderful, but being lied to for such a long time definitely was not.
